Post
Implementation Reviews
A post implementation review is an essential part of
any project and one that is often overlooked.
The purpose of these reviews is to assess
the overall project (including Management of the
project, scope, benefits achievement etc) and
enables an organisation to continually improve as a
result of the project. A PIR is typically 8 weeks
to 6 months after a project has been completed. |
